Been running this through the Grandmasters with a 88% uptime on TIER-4 surge. With a bonus 25% arc weapon damage, the playing field has been LEVELED!!

I've been using Icefall Mantle on Strand with a Stasis primary and Vexcaliber.

Basically permanent uptime on:
- Banner of War
- Woven Mail
- some form of Overshield

It is a ton of fun

You dont need surges in gms with a good ability build. Eternal warrior still has no place in the game. This whole video is a cope.
