I use the elf hydrating concealer too I went to ulta to get the matte one. When I got home the shade was wayyy lighter than the hydrating one even tho it was supposed to be the same shade.

You should try Danessa Myricks setting powders they are very fine and makes your skin smooth. It's a black owned business they are in Sephora but there are more color options of the setting powder on her website.
