Awww, I became teary eyed, the way you describe you're relationship with your mom is beautiful . My mom never wore to mush make up, but I always remember her wearing bright red or pink lipstick. Actual, to this day she wears her bright colors.

when i was little i don't think i saw my mom wearing makeup ever. she wasn't really into it. she had me very young and she was always busy studying. On the other side, i got into makeup when i was very little, i can't even remember how old i was, i love makeup since forever. That lead me into wanting to study makeup and this year i have finally became a makeup artist. My mom got really interested in makeup this year aswell and asked me to teach her how to do her makeup. I absolutely loved sharing my passion with the most important person in my life. I loved to teach her and SHE IS GOOD SHES BETTER THAT BLENDING THAT ME. She now has her own bag with a lots of good stuff and always does her makeup before work. I love my mother more than anything, we only got each other. i would be nothing if i didn't have her 💕

Three take-aways from this video. 1) Moms are the absolute best and we could not survive without them. 2) I had the exact same eye shadow palette - I'm old. (Well, I know that, I'm 50, but the champagne palette....hurts lol). and finally 3) If you could look so amazing with only 2 brushes, some cotton rounds, and make-up that wasn't suited to your face, then I can quit lamenting my sad make-up and tools and keep watching you so I can learn some skills! Thanks honey <3 (Dr. Pimple Popper sent me lol - you were adorable with her).

My mom didn't wear much makeup most of her life, except for a bit of mascara for events, but ever since I became obsessed with makeup, she has supported me so much and let me show her around Sephora and tell her about new releases and such, and she has slowly been adding a few products to her collection and learning more about skincare and she is so excited about it and is always asking me what I'd recommend and it makes her so happy and it  makes me so happy and I just love her more than words can say <3333
