Personally I think it would be 4 cores 8 threads CPU like i7 3rd gen. 8GB RAM. GTX 1050TI 4GB. To have a good experience.

I been using up a bunch of stocked 3000Gs and GTX960s for Esports PCs latley. Great pairing and nice having the AM4 socket for an upgrade path. Used all my X5570s and they were getting a bit outdated now.

I'd like to see this again but instead of minimum specs do Max specs - 360hz, Wooting Keyboard, Artisan mousepad, nice CPU for max eSports frames. Highly competitive eSports equipment is really cool just super expensive to get into.

Maybe I missed it somewhere in this video, but did they say what the parts cost in total? Seems like it would be hard to beat that GTX 960 build they did not too long ago. And yeah, even for trueness to "minimum specs, " 4GB of RAM is a bit painful to imagine in current year. I haven't used a main PC with less than 8GB in more than a decade.

I run the same amount of fps for the same setting on a free Dell optiplex I only spent 100$ on to upgrade

I’d like to see minimum AAA specs. I just built a flip with an i5 - 7500/GTX 1650/16GB RAM and it will do 60+ FPS @ 1080p, medium or higher settings (depending on the game) for everything I tested…except for RDR2 and Cyberpunk. Cyberpunk is the new ‘Crysis’ when it comes to making systems cry. But even low end hardware like this will crush e-sports games. 200+ on Fortnite, CS:GO, LoL. Over 140 in Apex and Valorant.

how did u guys record the gameplay? obs or capture card? cus obs tanks fps on lower systems.

Minimum and recommended specs are wierd.

Sometimes minimum means 720 p low 50% resolution scale.
Sometimes it means 1080p low.

Sometimes game manufacturers put their minimum specs a bit higher than the absolute minimum because they want to avoid people complaining about "optimisation" because many people think they should get 60 fps on minimum req hardware.

Even recommended specs sometimes it's ultra 60 fps 1080p.

Others it just mixed high-med settings.

I would say just even adding a i5 2400 and 8gb of ram this pc would be entirely different and way more enjoyable to play on ❤
