E-flite Cirrus SR22 2nd Flight. Lost My Prop On Take-Off 🤷‍♂️ 01/13/21

The entire prop adaptor spun off on take-off. I was able to bring it down fine. Then it hit a bump and flipped. Luckily no damage to the plane whatsoever. Not even a plastic antennae on the plane. It did have a few lil dents on the top of the canopy from the rocks when it flipped over. Other than that, nothing else. I have to check what caused the prop adaptor to come lose like that.
