The absolute best RC plane channel on YouTube.

Nicely done guys! Applause to HH for bringing this bird back. It has become the best civilian plane to fly in my collection.

Great job Jon. Your an amazing pilot. Just to note, Horizon is now attaching an addendum sheet for the new cg at about 53mm, and that is where is balance my battery. It flies like a dream. Thanks for sharing.

I was in Durham and Cary yesterday! I definitely have to stop by Hangar 18 the next time I'm there. I'm currently awaiting my order from HH that includes the Cirrus SR22T; probably the reason YouTube populated my feed with your vid! Gotta luv those algorithms lol. Love the channel🙏🏾

Love. This plan, it is one of the best prop plane out there.

Nice video guys.... love the flat spin.

Yeah your flaps are set alittle extreme Jon if your buddy there had a little more throttle he woulda landed just fine otherwise. and Thanks So much for always showing your hands on the sticks while your making manuvers and stunts, that helps a whole bunch on helping people learn faster....its a challenging hobby and thats why i love it so much

Go up higher than normal into a hammer head. AS you start the turn, hit reverse. 3/4 to full throttle full ailerons. 2 or so spins get OUT of reverse. It feels strange, but looks really cool!

Granted, its coolER on the ultimate 3d bipe! 😁

Nice Jon! Man now I can’t decide if I want this or the Turbo Timber Evo for Oshkosh lol! Thanks! Great video! You do some crazy things with that SR22!

Subscribed! Thank you for the education guys - I like the idea showing the transmitter moves vs the actual plane - great idea for some of us to learn.

Good flight demo. I dunno, $300 seems steep for an efficient cross country cruiser. I guess 1.5m is a little bigger than some, which adds some value. Usually XC cruisers have some wing reflex to reduce the negative lift requirement from the elevator, that way they can make the elevator a little smaller. I’m guessing horizon missed that subtle airfoil detail, so the elevator would become too small for the wing area. You might be able to put some reflex back into the airfoil if the flaps and ailerons will all deflect up a degree or two.

Basically, adding a smidge of reflex is going to make the plane a little more “flying wing” and a little less tail config. It’ll probable help your knife edge instability since the wing itself, rather than the tail, will help control the lift pitch moment.

I've found that the Cirrus actually does excellent knife edge spins if you use full left rudder instead of right rudder, as well as full forward elevator and full left aileron. I've only done this with the recommended CG, I haven't tried it with the CG further back

Inverted flat spins are cool to do with this plane...just be aware that sometimes it doesn't come out of it...unless you chop the throttle.

Excellent camera job! What model of camcorder do you use?
I think your channel is undervalued, you have high quality content!

Man im torn between the eflite rv7 and cirrus. Both your reviews of them made them look like alot of fun to fly. After flying them both, which would you have when it comes to fun factor?

Did you move the ESC? My plane rolls right when you balance the tail and nose cone. I had to trim it left. Thinking of moving the ESC or taping a coin on the left wing.

Enjoyed the honest review and will consider purchasing it if it goes on sell. The question I have is would this be in the top 10 planes you would want to fly? ( Be Honest )👍👍

A wing will drop in a stall, if the stall is not coordinated(correct rudder input) that’s how it’s taught and performed in full scale. If you apply the correct rudder(coordinated) the wing will not drop in a stall. It will stall straight ahead.

If I’m interested in precision aerobatics and no 3d, would you recommend this plane or the Eflite extra 300?
