Former Republican Senator of Pennsylvania, Pat Toomey, states it's not a single issue that will sway undecided voters in Pennsylvania to vote for Harris or Trump, but a "broad gut check" of whether they feel better now or a few years ago. He also talks about how long it could possibly take to count all the votes in Pennsylvania come Election Day.
