Adam I must say every video of yours is extremely well presented. You know your stuff, you explain everything so clearly and give drills to ingrain a feel. That little hinge is something i see Tony Finau do during his preshot routine. Now i understand why!

Wow. 40 years of an inside takeaway fixed by coming across this video. It fixed a bunch of other bad positions without even thinking about them too. Thank you so much!

Dear Mr.Porzak. this is the best explanation and visualization of the start of a golf swing!!! I've been playing golf for a long time and am very ambitious. but somehow I've failed in a stable upswing until I discovered this video. the other videos are also very good! above all really very good and also for me whose mother tongue is not english well explained! Greetings from Germany and keep it up...

There are many, almost too many, golf instruction videos on YouTube. You do a great job. I’m glad I found your channel. I love the “bump” and post. You’ve improved my game game from a 6.5 to a 3.0 handicap. Thank you. Joe

This is a great way to isolate each part in a simple but effective manner.

Porzack golf and world class golf instruction are the standout YouTube channels for online golf lessons/instruction in my opinion.

I have been working on this for over a month and now I am in the low 80's from the low 90's ... I will keep working and hopefully get under 80 by the end of the year ... much appreciated!

I’ve been working on this for a couple of days it feels weird but I know it’s the right way. I put your video and another guys downswing video that is simple like your video and I’ve never hit the ball better in my life. I don’t have it down 💯 yet but when I do things are going to happen. Just wanna say thank you for the video keep up the good work and keeping it simple.

Just discovered your videos and this is exactly what I’ve been needing. I used to have the perfect takeaway and out of the blue I started rolling my hands inside and no matter what I tried I couldn’t get back to it. Cannot wait to get on the range and work on these simple moves

Thanks for this. I never really understood it like this. Makes a whole lot of sense why iam so inconsistent. Many years spent of fixing the wrong things when the most important clearly seems to be the takeaway. Thanks. I like what I see and feel. Now I just need to hit 1000 balls and I will have it.

I've been playing "at golf" for about 7 years. I'm a "weekend warrior" so I don't expect to be a scratch golfer, but I wanted to play non-emnarrasing matches. This video popped up on YouTube while I was showing my son another one of tigers drills "pause at the top of the backswing". So I thought there's a catchy titles, but thought it was going to be click bait like most of the other videos however I was so wrong about this one. Now here's the thing I just had someone teavj me this little trick but it wasn't nearly as detailed with the 50/50 which is really what made it the most objective. The one I was shown before was a quick wrist hinge slightly out and then move back to line up with your feet. Twist to the top of thevback swing and wrist set and then fire away. This left me unsure on how much was the right amount. With this training and tigers pause at the top I was crushing my driver and my Irons straighter than I ever have before and with far less effort. I have two awful habits that are so hard to break. A. I squeeze the club way too tight for fear of shanking, I squeeze so tight I leave with blisters after a large bucket of balls, and my stupid right thumb tries to work itself on the top of the grip instead of off to the left hand side. With this drill, tigers pause at the top, even if I look like a robot I was still crushing my driver dead straight 300 yards, which I've never done before today. It's so crazy how one person can deliver the same information but just in a different way and it's life changing. Something about having those alignment sticks out front really helped out a lot. Oh and the one other last final piece is the coin trick with the driver. I feel that with those few drills I could just practice them over and over and my scorecard would just get prettier and prettier. Thank you so much for this.
