You should react to songs by wakadinali it's full of sheng, I would have suggested mbogi genje but their sheng is too hard even most kenyans don't understand them, love ur vibe though n subscribing

I was born and raised in Nairobi lakini hicho kiswahili ama sijui sheng ni kigumu kweli, sheng huwa tofauti katika kila mji huku.

Basically the sheng "Ashu" for 10, is a short form of "Ashara", which is 10 in Arabic. Other sheng words follow the same format. Alafu iko pronounced "Ashuu", you prolong the U at the end. Others are : *Soo* : 100, *Thao / Ngiri / G* =1000, Chuani=50, *Ruabe*=200, *Punch*=500, *Mbao*=20, *Ngovo*=5, and 10 can also be *Kinde* or *das*. As you can see, some words are derived from Hindi too (punch, das, soo, ruabe)....you will find some german words too like Morning can be "Morgen" in sheng. Tunachukua lugha zote tunamwaga kwa bakuli moja tukiendaga 😁 style ya Esperanto

chochee means place, commonly used to describe the usual meeting spot/point/place (tupatane ile choche yetu). then there is chocha from (kuchochea) which means incite, lying or stimulate but it really depends on how its used in a sentence(huyu msee ananichocha. danganya), huyo mtu anawatumia sheng za kitambo, she's good with the pronunciation

In short sheng is a street language ( not an official language)

Sheng in kenya vary from city to city and regions it changes really fast that's why it's more of a slung than a language..it commonly used by youths and kids some adults get it too....in school we are taught kiswahilii sanifu though i dont get the diffrence btwn kiwswahili mufti and sanifu help me out😂😂 though sheng is really influnced by slums and each place pride on there own sheng and a battle which dominates the other
