You could, though it is not designed in that fashion. If you do, you should purchase a size larger. Alternatively, you might consider the REV'IT! Tornado pants, which work much better as overpants. -CK

I'd like to know if these are available in the UK? (And yes it does get hot sometimes). Also better info on waist sizing if possible as it's difficult to pick from M or L

re: overpants: I'm a bit confused. On this review of the Airwave Pants, you say that the Tornado pants are better suited as overpants, but on the review of Tornado pants, you say that the Horizon is better suited as overpants. So which is it?
