A pretty instant and painless way to die is in an nuclear explosion. You'll basically evaporate in milliseconds. There are actually "shadows" of humans on some walls in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, were their bodies blocked the heat and shock wave for fractions of a second.

My uncle was diagnosed with cancer on may 17th, 2016, and it increased over time to stage 4. He passed away on may 18th 2017. It was exactly one year
He passed away at 3am, y’all really wanna count 3hrs as a whole day??
