Juntek PSG9080 AWG Quick Look

In this video we take a quick look at the new Juntek PSG9080 Dual channel, 80MHz, arbitrary waveform generator. This is not an in depth look, just a quick examination of the features. A full review will be coming in the future.

That looks like a really nice signal generator, one of these days I’m going to get me one, I’m still making proto board signal generators based off of the signal I need at the time. It would be so much easier to get one of these but I never seem to be able to get one when I need it. Hello. I have just purchased the PSG9060 model, model equipped with a Bluetooth card (Smart Module) to be connected to the TTL Ext port.
Do you know how to operate it from an android smartphone? My phone locates the module correctly but I cannot connect via applications downloaded from Google Play ...

Does this unit output a Carrier with an internal modulation combined where you can turn on and off the modulation for testing AM Receiver Sections? None of the Youtube Videos show is the Equipment they are reviewing will give a Modulated Carrier for Receiver Testing. I was looking at this unit and the FY6900 Signal Generator but no-one is showing the use of a Modulated Carrier.

I wonder what the difference is to the Feeltech/FeelElec units besides the buttons. I have the 6900 which also has 14 bits and 100Mhz but only 250Msps. All their other products were pretty much 1:1 copies of each other. Juntec skipped the 6900 and 8300 series though which was the higher priced Feeltech. The Features and interface look pretty much the same. I might have to give this a try because Feeltech support and service is terrible.

Can you test it for jitter? Just set to square wave, something like 3.5 MHz, trigger on rising edge, and see how much it is jittering on the falling edge. Thank you.

Nice review. Can you please tell me what what is minimum frequency resolution on the 60 MHz range and how stable is it? For example, can one set it to 60, 000, 003.027 Hz. I have an application where high frequency accuracy and stability are required. Thanks in advance.
