Latifi gotta have the highest mental strength to handle the amount of hate and trolls he gets. Gotta respect him for that.👏🙏

Mick's definitely been there. That comment of just setting yourself one simple task like going for a walk is too spot on as someone with depression. Just setting a simple task when you don't feel like doing anything and patting yourself on the back when you accomplish it and forgive yourself if you still fail can help so much.

I love how Valtteri said on his last words that we should never doubt/ashamed to speak what we're feeling inside.

Lance had a realistic view on how people should behave in general.

Why does this video not have subtitles.

This is exactly the kind of topic and message that should be accessible to everyone.

Hats off to Nicholas Latifi, we all witnessed the pressure, hatred, insults and threats he had to bare since Abu Dhabi. Latifi you will be missed and I really mean it.

4:31 - a message for you from Lewis Hamilton

"Life is so precious.
And.. You matter, everyone of us matter.
And also, you are unique, and incredible and beautiful, and powerful beyond our understanding.
So never forget that you are great and you are destined to something great.
Maybe it's not happening right at the second but it can, and will happen.
So stay positive. "

Fernando’s and Valtteri’s view on social media is on point. Social media is great to talk with people and have fun. However, there is also the bad side which for example toxicity between f1 fans like last year when the rivalry between Max and Lewis. When drivers like Lewis and Max respect each other, the fans should too

Great to see men that so many people look up to, sharing the idea that emotional vulnerability is important, caring for your mental health is vital, support is out there, and using it is not a sign of weakness.

As someone who has had depression and anxiety for 15+ years, this is very much appreciated. I have worked in an environment of little to no support and understanding regarding my mental health. I was constantly telling management that if I was off work due to a broken bone, they would say, no problem, take as long as you need and we'll see you in x weeks. When I was off work due to depression and anxiety, the first thing I would be asked is when are you coming back? Mental health is a real condition and affects people in many different ways and society needs to realise this rather than brush it away.

I’ll never forget seeing what Kvyat’s demotion in 2016 did to him as a driver. I mean Marko completely disregarded him and after that you could tell that he was really struggling mentally all the way through 2017, he was a complete shell of himself. I loved seeing him return to form in 2019 and finally overcome after a year away.
