Normal Vector of a Plane

Simply by looking at the equation of a plane, you can determine a vector that is normal (i.e. orthogonal/perpendicular/90 degree angle) to a plane. Here we will show how to read the vector components of the normal vector to a plane, given the equation of the plane in space.

My question asks for a vector of length 2 orthogonal to 3x-4z=5 ... how would I determine if it is of a length 2?
