all previously set html and css is lost if you decide you missed a ui template control you need and need to load another

I'm on 22.2.6, but don't have the "Add DevExpress UI Template..." menu option? I've tried a Toolbox Repair and still not appearing ? Does this require being in a beta group as its EAP?
