I got my all lines adjuster license 3 years ago and never used it. I've kept it up but forgot everything I learned. These videos have helped a lot to refresh my memory. Thank you!

I Have 2 young adults that others who a different times and situations was involved in a non fault incident both cars been totaled ...they still are awaiting both from these people insurance companies who is prolonging to make sure that their properties and the stress for both has/is still on hold...their properties were used for their main support to be able to get around for work and personal family members..IT doesnt matter, the bottom line, is the delay and knowing the amount of time it takes, even when you have been on a over 6months backed up trial date or when they agree to a pay for the total cars..they still wont have their or any transportation only a quick pay off not including the representatives who also needs to get paid, pluse for any injuries.
or rehab

Is it true that a burglar can sue my renter's insurance, or my landlord's homeowner insurance if he or she is injured? Wouldn't the act of a crime void their right to sue?

I know a woman who was sued by a burglar who was bit by her dog when he climbed into the window of the home to steal her possessions. She called her insurance agent to file a claim for the broken window, and other damage, this is when she found out the burglar's attorney had contacted them about his medical bills, due to the dog bite.

The burglar was bit by the dog while inside the home.

Is this a rare case or not?

I watch lots of videos of YouTube about people pranking the porch pirates, to get back at the porch pirates. I can understand the frustration behind it, but this opens the homeowners up to a liability suit if the porch pirate is injured, right? This could end up being a legal issue too if the porch pirate is injured by the homeowner's prank. Again, I understand the homeowner's frustration about the theft, but the law doesn't allow for the homeowner's vigilante-driven pranks.

You said insurance companies have the right to settle on a liability claim.

Does this encourage lawyers to sue, even if the case is weak or frivolous, because they know the insurance companies will settle after being worn down?

Hello Shine, My question to you is how to locate any claims within the past has been filed for or about someone who maybe also had more filed more than one claims...I believe that this industry needs to have that type of data available with given proof that is involving public information or taking provision on many people who have or is being taking advantage of for any type of insurance

If we experience a liability claim, will our insurance company “ding” us or drop us? Or increase our monthly payments? Thanks

I have been trusting insurances because my youth friend became a salesman of them, and he is (was) a good man.
If you make an other video, please speak normally, naturally. i am too damaged ? burnt out by many years abuse from various professional helpers and authorities, including my insurance company.I can't listen and understand fake advertising-style talk.(Aspergers too)
I see others here seem to get, understand it ok..
