Very informative video. I am glad to see you amending the raised beds. Since I have aged I cut back on garden space and only have a few raised beds now. I started my tomato and green pepper seeds last week. Can’t wait for Spring to break through. 🌿🍅🥬

Thank you so much for all the gardening knowledge you have shared with me. My father, who was our family's great gardener, has passed. And all his great knowledge went with him because I didn't care about all that when I was younger. But now, thank God, I have all of your wonderful videos to teach me what to do and how to have the most plentiful vegetable gardens and beautiful flowerbeds. I know many generations will come to know and love your videos because they are so helpful and informative. Keep up the good work, I'll be waiting and watching for more great videos. Thanks!

Morning Allen, soil building and preparation is vital for good healthy plant and trees. A fact we cannot escape from is mulching. I noticed leaves also work wonders in a box bed, it really helps with loosening the soil. Home gardens have really boomed the past 20 years or so, I think it started as a novelty and then the gardeners realised the value and enjoyment in working with the soil. I have to agree, the every day vegetables taste super good and fresh potatoes out the ground is unbeatable. A good idea to get as much variety from one bed, those peas looked very special to me. Thank you for all the suggestions and inspiration, your videos are excellent to start any person off to try their hand at growing their own. Kind regards, take care.

I worked for your mother when I was in college. She was a fantastic lady. I’ve thought of her often recently. I’ve wondered how she is doing... I enjoy your gardening as well. A true Arkansas treasure. Thanks

A lot of hard work Allen but it is the work you love to do and the best part of your hard work is that you pick it and bring it to the kitchen and cook.😋

So exciting to make plants to get things going this season with your tips! I find it very tough to concentrate on your voice with the continuous music though. You're wonderful information and lovely way of speaking is all we need! : )

being in California where there is a a lot of clay we dont put sand in for drainage because it bonds with the clay where as pumice or volcanic rock doesn't along with the organic material... your soil looks quite gorgeous...
