🔋INTERVALS - run faster than your target pace . Run 2 minutes @ 3:55 min/km pace then show jog for 1 minute.
Repeat 5 times.
🔋LONG RUNS - focus on running for 40 minutes at a comfortable slow pace . This builds aerobic capacity.
🔋THRESHOLD RUNS - These should be around 70% of your max effort. Stay at this pace for 30 minutes.
