PART 2!
I really like this one! Nature gives me so many ways to test my mental and physical strength and boy did I get tested! This will not look pretty, it get's raw and dirty just like it was! You also get a feel for how dramatic the landscape really is and how fast everything changes from woodland to mountain and back again. I hope you will enjoy!

I will make a lot of videos where I go through all the gear I used, the path I chose and general tips and tricks but first we go through the adventure! :)

For more info about Gröna Bandet:

Just a heads up, this was very challenging for me, both mentally and physically, lot of emotions as I'm sure you can imagine, I wanted this to be raw, the way I experienced it and felt it so you'll know what to expect if you decide to do it one day. There will be times in this series where I curse and loose my temper, I hope I'm not offending anyone, I do apologize beforehand!

Man thank you so much for posting this. I’m someone who has a hard time expressing myself. And my expression will typically come out in bouts of anger and aggression. Seeing you lose your shit was actually refreshing. I’m getting better at taming it down for the sake of my relationships, but I still have shit camping trips from time to time and wind up cussing out everything - nice to know I’m not alone

Ted,
I think that was your best video yet.
The cinematography was amazing, your use of hand held and drone footage was mixed beautifully.
Your use of background and over ground music to accompany the visual was great.

One tip mate, Anna and I agree on WALKING POLES! I know you have a camera but get a quick release strip for your chest and at least one walking pole for those river crossings. You could have at least twisted an ankle or worst fell in! And out there it could have been serious!
All the best, can't wait for Part 3!

The raw emotion and reaction is refreshing. I feel we all need this in our life and need to be in this position. No better way to feel alive. This is easily one of your best videos. The scenery and music selection is on superb. Looking back, do you think the shoes were a better choice than a hiking boot? Is that the bergtagen rain jacket, did it perform well? Thoughts on a post video of the gear you brought with you? Peace

Dumhet bygget karaktär och starka ben! Snyggt jobbat och skönt att höra dig gnälla lite och även visa att allt inte är vackert när man vandrar! 😃👍

During this video I kept thinking "He could *really* use some trekking poles, " and I know you were thinking that sometimes, too. So, will you use them in the future? Also, ultimately were you OK with your pack weight, or would you want to reduce that? Thanks for sharing your adventure. I really am enjoying the style of your presentation - raw & honest. That's something missing all too much from nature media.

With each crossing I was got a little more anxious... is this the one where you slip and hurt yourself? Great job!

Lean into the rage! It's so important to feel it all, and society does a really great job in brainwashing us to avoid any negativity.
