Man during your track session it just sounds so damn good in cabin for a turbo car. I know its fake but at this point I don't care. If every new sports car is turbo and this is the answer for good sound I'll take it. Incredible.

Its a hell of a lot of money, and it's mad to think my dad's old 118d has the same dashboard.. but I'd still have one in a heartbeat. Probably the very last 'proper' BMW, especially with the manual box. If I had the money I'd buy one and keep it forever.

And although you are a self confessed BMW fan boy, I like that your not afraid to tell it how it is when something on the car isn't right.
So BMW
sort out the steering wheel(or give every owner a voucher for royal steering wheels to sort out FOC)
Refit the pad for drivers and passengers knee
Rethink the gearing on the manual, how often do you need a short top gear for track work, compaired to the advantage of using it to get to the track.

What a machine! Powerful, comfortable, nimble, extremely good looking, and expensive...
It is said to be the best M car currently for sale, maybe even ever sold... I am looking forward to watching Joe's review of the new M3/M4. We'll see if they can match the M2 CS.

I love manuals too. I love old, slow technology so much better than newer, faster tech that I also got manual windows. Now I'm trying to retrofit manual windshield wipers...that's really going to transform the car.
