Undervolt your i5 12400F for more FPS (Even on Locked Motherboards) - Tutorial

Here's how to undervolt your i5 12400 and 12400F in order to reduce the temperature and power consumption while increasing the performance at the same time! It works for both B660 and Z690 plus for the newest Z790 and B760 it will be the same! This will also helps reduce stutters and increase productivity performance. It will also work on the i5 12500 and i5 12600K

tried this on my 13400f, some of the voltage maximums were a bit lower but the offset still applied and I saw a nice tempurature drop without missing any performance.

guys can anyone help me, i have an Msi Pro B660M-P DDR4 Motherboared paired with i5 13400f run it with the stock cooler, i have bios update before the latest one, i entred the bios and i did everything however i managed to reach -0.170v in core voltage offset, i tested it out and i got a between 904 to 906 point (MultiCores) in cinebench R24 but the problem is that in haedwareinfo64 the Core VIDs above 1.000v at the benchmark the current one is around 1.070 and the max is 1.183v i tooked these numbers and compared them to the original stock tests i foud at max the is a small decrease from 1.190v to 1.183v

my 13400f processor works at 4600, it goes down to 4.093 when I enter the game. When the game returns to the lobby, it goes back to 4.6. can i solve this problem with this technique?
