5 Minute Overclock: Core i5-12400 to 5300 MHz

In this video, we're overclocking the Core i5-12400 CPU up to 5300 MHz in 5 minutes or less using the ASUS ROG Maximus Z690 Extreme motherboard and EK-Quantum custom loop water cooling.

I'll speed run you through the BIOS settings and provide some notes and tips along the way.

hello, can intel uhd 770 overclock even on an i7-12700? with a motherboard with BCLK? If I can't, besides overclocking is there anything I can do from the bios to get improvements, any settings?

When i put offset +200mv it would set vcore to 1.28v. It was not stable. I needed to put offset to +230 for 1.3v vcore

Why 4 sticks ram DDR5 xmp not works, but start to 4000mhz only.
Have you some setting, timing ... .voltage ...?
My Mobo TUF was this too.
Dual Channel only.
Ram DDR5 kingstone fury
I5 12600.
4 sticks works 4000mhz
2 sticks xmp works overclocking.
5600mhz.
2 sticks start to Jedec 4800mhz.
