In Cathe's STS 2.0 Super Sets total body workout, you'll do 2 exercises for opposing muscle groups back-to-back with very little rest between exercises. The transition back and forth between opposing muscle groups will allow one muscle group to rest briefly while the other works, but this routine moves!

You'll repeat each super set for a total of three sets before getting a two-minute break between rounds to give you time to power back up and push on.

This was the workout of the morning as I just began my 8 week STS 2.0 rotation on Monday. I love these workouts, this is better than going to the gym. Serious weight training!

I also love you tank and leggings. What brand are they?
