I remember I read a comment by someone on Reddit who was answering a question that somebody asked about ‘why do I feel like when I share something that means something to me with someone i feel like it loses it’s meaning and i don’t see it the way i saw it before’..
I don’t remember it word for word, but this person replied with something along these lines: “the reason why you feel like it loses it’s meaning, or you don’t want to do it anymore, is because that thing/thought/belief wasn’t ‘crystalized’ within you.”

I like the how they imagine it as things being crystallized.. it helped me stfu and not share things with anyone until it ‘crystallizes’ within me haha 😄
