Video looks super easy. My experience setting up was horrible and there is zero support and pretty much no troubleshooting help online.

I would have liked an automatic arm and an old fashion dust cover that covered the whole system. Nonetheless, I have everything sonos, so I will most likely buy one.

Great idea. Hopefully someone will do the same with a CD player.

It works great with albums, but auto stop turns off most 45 RPM singles before their end. Is there a way to fix this?

I have so many questions. Does it only work with Sonos. And if so why couldn’t you use Sony’s or Audio technica or Pro ject Bluetooth turntables with Sonos ??

I really like my Victrola carbon stream turntable. My only problem is with adjusting the speed of the platter. My player plays a bit too fast. Got info from Victrola but it I can’t seem to get slow down the speed. Any advice Victrola or anyone else?

If your record has pops and hisses, are they heard over your Sonos system?

Got my unit two hours ago and it is NOT easy to set up at all. The video does not properly show how to attach the belt drive. I've endlessly frozen it and rewound it and it's not clear. On my delivered machine when you remove the sellotape there is a two inch black ribbon with nothing attached which just falls away and no sign I can see anywhere in the machine of any belt that the ribbon was supposed to help you coerce into place. One of the reviews mentioned this was problematic and that they had the same problem but didn't explain any further whether they got a replacement unit or managed to fix the problem. I think I am going to have to send mine back because this is just a very poor experience. But in any event that one crucial step needs to be better shown in your video

UPDATE: once I’d realised the belt was around the large inner rim on the underside of the platter it was very simple to just pull it on. Video really needs to show this because it;s the single, most important step and yet it’s just rushed through and glossed over in the video. Happy to say customer support via email was exemplary and I’m now really happy with the product. It’s transformed my vinyl listening experience.

Wtf did you do with the ribbon? You just glossed right over it.

Geared for those who call records or LPs "vinyls". Possibly the children of people bought Bang and Olufsen equipment in the 70s and 80s who like form over function.

The cartridge is good, I have an Ortofon 2m blue on my 1974 Philips GA 212.

I don't like the design of the
dust cover.

Doesn't this completely negate the potential analog benefits of listening to records? I could not pay $700 and stream the exact same quality music from any decent smart phone.
