Britney really ruled the 2000's. I agree with your top choice but how could you ignore Jennifer Lopez? She had Let's Get Loud, Ain't It Funny, I'm Real, Get Right, Jenny From the Block - all became huge dance hits! Madonna's Hung Up & Shakira's Hips Don't Lie should've been in the Top 3. Both songs topped more than 30 international charts - more than any other song from this list! Absolutely Everybody (Vanessa Amorosi), Wild Dances (Ruslana), Rumors (Lindsay Lohan) are another awesome Dance songs from that era

Yeah! By Usher is totally missing from this list. I was in high school in the early 2000s and I know the dance floor would go crazy every time Yeah! came on. Not one person would be sitting down.

The 2000s was such a great decade for songs that absolutely slap. "Everytime We Touch", "I Gotta Feeling", "Hips Don't Lie", "Call On Me", and "One More Time" are all songs that at one point have lived rent free in my head, and all the lyrics come right back whenever they're mentioned.

I don't remember the band but the song temperature was popular in dance parties along with the cha cha slide and maybe yeah by usher, every dance parties I went to always had these songs playing and lets also not forget the cupid shuffle which is still playing on dance floors as well. honestly, it's hard to get a good read on dance music because there are too many out there to make a simple count down.
