I have my honor magic 6 pro 9 months and I will give you my verdict was always wanting a snapdragon processor and a battery at 5000 mah+ the battery is brilliant, my phone has got 4 updates already and the portal Island is now working with Facebook, even though I have not much storage on phone and controlling as much to save ram the phone is already at 70% ram used but will add the extra 8gb turbo ram when phone goes above 90%, am running on Microsoft launcher working better the honor software does let the phone down a notch but the phone is a beast it seriously works well face and finger id work well connects well to WiFi and Bluetooth devices and most of all have security on the phone best wishes cheers Declan 👍👍❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏

It's a great device with a really fluid, fast UI from my testing. The camera though is nowhere near as good as DXO led people to believe and not a patch on the Xiaomi 14 Ultra i have also.

I had the Magic 5 Pro and upgraded to the 6 Pro. Definitely not worth it in my opinion. In most situations, the camera images are the same or worse. I haven't came across any that are noticeably better and I used them side by side for a few days. Honor have also restricted certain parts of the OS, for example third party launchers do not have access rights to gestures now. They did on the 5 Pro. Speakers are no louder either. Benchmarks maybe show the 6Pro as faster but in normal use, 3:36 I can't see this. Images from the zoom lens are worse as well. Finally, the battery in real world lasts no longer either. I tried to sell my 6 Pro a week after I got it and got silly offers so I was set to lose a lot. I decided to sell the 5 Pro which turned out to be easier to do! All in all, I would recommend not upgrading.
