In 2017, a teenager who worked at a fast-food restaurant performed CPR on a child who wasn't breathing. In July, Kaeley and Victoria, employees at Keke's Snow Balls in Texas, showed how to handle an angry customer at work. Inside Edition Digital's Andrea Swindall has more.
