I've been doing this method for the past week and just came across this video.It definitely works to keep a positive outlook and dealing with everyday interactions in general as well.When you smile the kids and people smile back and everything feels good, easy and like things can be worked through without a big deal, worrying or conflict!!!Ahhh what a relief!!!!

Love this!!! I am a smiling person, and I am smiling quite a lot! I am doing this Even in my emotionaly abusive Workplace . Because yes, it means: I am in control. I know what is going on. Every time my kids come in the house I remember to welcome them like my dogs welcome me in the house 😄 I think it makes a difference for them to know that someone will be happy to see them when they get home (even if they push me off I can tell they like it)

Hi is there any way you could talk about social anxiety and how to identify if you have it a video would help a lot. I’ve been struggling to figure out if I have it for quite some time. I always been shy or had social anxiety ever since 3rd grade after a teacher picked on me that whole year… I don’t know if I’m just shy because I feel like how I feel is more intense to just be shy, but I also feel like how I feel is not as strong for it to be Social anxiety. Also I don’t know if I’m crazy or not but, I kind of do hope I have social anxiety because I don’t know I feel like people would understand me and be more toward me or like me more if I’m quiet, I’ve been teachers pet a lot for being quiet and nice, but I think I’m going crazy please I need advice. I don’t want to go to the doctor, at-least not yet, I’m not ready. Btw I’m 15.
