One of the best all round motorcycles, it has the power, looks, comfort, handling, braking - what more can u ask from a bike - R 1200 R has it all I think

IMO you really don't need more BMW bike than a BMW R 1200 R ... I don't currently have a motorcycle, but that would be the BMW I would buy right now.

This one is imho a little bit disappointing. I know your new go-to-design is "tough looking and edgy" and it works perfect on bikes like the R 1200 GS. That's a rough bike for rough terrain. and it looks awesome. Same goes for the S 1000 RR and S 1000 R. Those are for the racetrack and thats how they look. Perfect! The R 1200 RT also looks awesome. Modern and fast, but still comfortable for the long tours. But the R 1200 R is the bike you take on a sunny weekend to cruise the country roads and just enjoy life :) Here i think the sort-of-agressive design is out of place. To clarify: It is not ugly, just a bit too much.
