Probably it is not the most beautiful bike of bmw but its one of the best ever made, i love it, made a few trips with it and i prefer to gs( i have one to).

this is one of the best ever motorcycle built, i strongly suggest bmw to modificate it to 4 cylinder boxer engine which is missed now in motorcycle world, remember the glorious of honda gl1000 in 80th, but less than 200 kg dry and 200 rear tire, the sound will be soul of motorcycle, but with awesome german discipline

Looks like a half decent bike but as usual for Australian conditions the fuel tank will be too small, why can't manufacturers at least offer a bigger fuel tank (22-25 litre) as an option.

I am sorry to say the design team completely missed out on the opportunity to update the bike that defined sport touring and arguably the most beautiful bike in the world- the R100RS.  This is merely an "R" model.  A true "RS" would more elegant yet effective sport fairing- a design first in your history and an undeniable classic.   PLEASE go back to the drawing board for those who are now in a position to own an updated, classic design that could not have years ago.  This is NOT it.
