Remove OneDrive Icon From Windows 10 File Explorer Navigation Pane Sidebar

The Windows 10 space-wasting OneDrive icon in the left sidebar can be removed.
2. Go to the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{018D5C66-4533-4307-9B53-224DE2ED1FE6} registry key.
3. Double-click System.IsPinnedToNameSpaceTree and change the value from 1 to 0.

Does this work to stop one drive from resurrecting itself? I've followed a bunch of msofts how to disable one drive but any time I save a new file on the computer it creates a new one drive folder to save it in

Ugh, why does editing a simple feature like this have to be a nameless registry edit?! Getting rid of onedrive is great, but one of my external hard drives is there too, no idea why, no idea when it got on there either. I'd like to add and remove things from this list, but apparently this is a microsoft no no. Anyway, thanks for this, now I know where to look!
