For those commenting that the procedure in the video above isn't removing the line item, simply remove the specific key found under Ensure that you only remove the key related to the unwanted item, do not remove anything else under \NameSpace. I actually did this instead of Changing the DWORD value of the System.IsPinned key, and the listing in File Explorer was gone instantly.

I accidentally connected my personal Microsoft account to my work system ...and later I logged out...but everytime I click file explorer there will be photos and documents from my personal account ...but because of this video it is not showing up anymore...thank you sooo much ❤❤

the one drive isn't removed.. .when you set the value back to 1.. it's all there again.. so.. it's just not visible..
