HOW I FIXED HONDA BATTERY LIGHT ISSUE AFTER NEW ALTERNATOR

How i fixed honda battery light that came on after replacing the alternator 2 times with new ones. This is the method i found that takes care of that light. God is good. I’m have this issue right now lol. I installed another aftermarket one still battery light on. It’s putting out 14.3 volts with no load but my hondata says it’s only putting out 13.7 and the battery light is flickering. God bless you brother

Thank you for making this video, my 2003 Accord is now having the same problem after the alt was rebuilt by a well respected rebuilder (family run business 30+ years).

I put a new alternator in my 2003 monte carlo. It had a 105 amp alternator, and I was too low of voltage. So I got a 270 amp alternator and it fix all the problems I had.

We Spent about $1000 and you nailed it!!!! That is exactly what was wrong.

Unfortunately the OE Alternator is discontinued, so we sent it to our rebuilder and he replaced the Voltage Regulator in the alternator with a premium regulator and the light is finally out!

This was not the case for wife's base model rsx k20a3. The first advance alternator did go bad after a month or 2 but the 2nd one has been good for over a year w/ no batt light

I’m having the same issue, I was on a road trip with my wife and kids and the alternator took a 💩 on my odyssey. Went to a Honda dealer, didn’t have the alternator in stock and it will cost$600 must have been the Land Rover shirt I was wearing lol. I was a Acura mechanic for twenty years and I know how finicky these cars are.

Went to advance auto parts picked up a “new” alternator and installed it with my wife help had a 500 mile drive home the battery light started to go on and off in traffic but we made it home.

Good video man, I put an aftermarket alternator in my CM2 accord and what do ya know battery light comes on. Keep the stock oem one and the battery light will stay off. Strange but facts
