Great tip on twisting the terminal. 👍 I always see people coming into the Zone with drywall screws or screw driver bits jammed between the terminal & post & I just shake my head.

My Accord used to have this problem where the cooling fans would randomly cycle or stay on while the car was off. I ended up having to replace the battery due to age, and that somehow fixed the cooling fans. Odd, but fine with me.

Hi Mr Big.. my honda hrv seems have electrical issues.. the power cut off everytime.. and its on back after sometime.. my radio and my air cond will lost the power too..

Hello Big Dog, I have a 2006 Honda Odyssey EXL. Yesterday all the lights came up on dash and battery went dead fast. I use it to work a taxi service. A mobile mechanic put another alternator on it.. everything check out good after he used his scanner.. my battery is good as well. After driving it about 20 miles yesterday, I parked it then woke up this morning and battery was dead again. He swapped alternator out for another and that alternator charged battery for a short while (but not at first) but after unplugging side plug from alternator and plugging back up, it starting working... but now battery dead again after driving it less than 10 miles... That's 2 new alternators and van is still doing same thing. Also he checked fuses and the ones he checked were good. Any tips would be great & much appreciated regarding what it could be. Maybe a fuse somewhere that people miss? Thank you

My wife was left stranded without a car for a weekend thanks to a positive battery terminal left loose after a regular service at my local Honda dealer. The car started at the dealer's lot without problem but later developed an intermittent starting problem, leaving her stranded without a car for a week end because she wasn't comfortable lifting the hood to inspect, per my instructions, and I was away. The small stuff is important!

my 97 Honda stream starter having electrical problems almost as soon as I brought it sometimes just turned off and back on again, now im experiencing a loss of power due to electrical, alternater, or perhaps a fule or air sensor problem.

My radio has not worked purchasing my 2009 Honda Accord about a month ago. How ironic that I have the same problem with the battery connection. I was told it had a new battery when I purchased the vehicle but have had to replace the battery already. They mentioned after the new battery was put in that it was an issue with the terminal so I probably spent $300 when I didn’t have to. My radio picks and chooses when it wants to work and I just want a vehicle for once with no problems. 😢

My civic has a aftermarket deck that is not grounded. Could this be causeming the pulsing lights inside and out?

My 2004 accord will start no problem, but the intrument panel/dash dont work goes dark, also the shifter is locked/stuck in park, the turn signals wont operate and windows wont roll down from any door, brake lights, work hazards work, checked all fuses seem good, my radio works just fine, heater does too and headlight, i can manually release in gear, just replaced with a new car battery, also tried programming new fob with no success

Only t he drivers window on 2019 Honda odyssey works. Mechanics can't find problem but charging a lot fir labor with no results.. have you encountered this issue and a solution?
