Im all about all natural toothpaste. My teeth were nerver sensitive. After three months of using a homemade baking soda my teeth are now wrecked. It erodes enamel. Im not for fluoride or store brand tooth paste but i would use coconut oil, peppermint. Etc. other natural stuff but not baking soda.

Since the mouth is the first point of digestion and it’s environment is important for the initial break down of food…Typically, saliva is relatively neutral.. carbs are broken down to sugars which will acidify the mouth. So rather than tamper with it, it’s best to avoid too much food that creates acidity in the first place.
