The Overland Park Fire Department Technical Rescue Team trains annually in a variety of scenarios. This high angle rescue drill involved removing a patient from a water tower platform. Thanks to the folks at Water One for their cooperation. This type of training helps crews know they're ready to go, when the real thing happens!
