Edit: For those saying Weap augmentation > col Augmentation here is the math

base stat x (weapon option + augmentation) Basically just an expansion of weapon readjustment
EL has 13, 155 x 46% (34% core + 12% Option) = 6, 051 so it's at 19, 206.
(if you look at equipment screen and press w, you'll see the weapon attack and applying modules to the 19, 206 won't match)
It actually works like this. 13, 155 x 46% (34% core + 12% Option) = 6, 051
Modules will only apply to base firearm. 13, 155 * (1+.93) = 25, 389.15 + 6, 051 = 31, 440
+ attribute of 9, 432 (30% of 31, 440) = 40, 872 +3, 400 (max colossus roll) = 44, 272

While Colossus damage is at 13, 155 x 12% = 1, 578.6
13, 155 * (1+.93) = 25, 389.15 + 1, 578.6 = 26, 967.75
+ attribute of 8, 090.325 = 35, 058.075 + 13, 260 (3400 x 2.90) = 48, 318.075

Also, Descendants under lvl 40 should only be able to enter hard mode fight if they have an energy activator installed and at least 4-5 crystallization devices already.

HEY ! Hey there !! VERY important, the 290% it's calculated from your weapon sub stats "Bonus attack against Colossus" roll, if the weapon doesn't have that extra stat, that 290% does nothing. For that reason speed runners prefer to take the 36% firearm attack bonus instead.

Always watch your videos to the end. Sometimes, I get some cool tips without you even mentioning it. It's by watching your videos to the end that I noticed the Mid-Air Grapple Melee propulsion trick to traverse terrain even faster and farther.
Also, if you're new to Death Stalker and you are getting one-shotted by its bone ring damage, your build is wrong. Make a shields build and please watch a few videos on how to better prepare. Although many descendants are viable, Enzo is definitely a good choice to build for Death Stalker. I only have 6 catalysts on mine and I do quite well with 22.5k shields.

Inf ammo Gley can finish of Defiler in about 15 sec so it doesn't seem to be that much resistant to gun damage after all but for the Enduring itself this is some useful info here
