I began my investment journey at the age of 39, primarily through hard work and dedication. I am to share that my passive income exceeded $100k in a single month for the first time. This success reinforces the importance of the advice mentioned earlier. It is not about achieving quick wealth, but rather ensuring long-term financial prosperity.

If you have 30M, just open up a private bank account (minimum to open is just 10M by the way), ask your relationship manager to look for corp bonds that give a net of 10% yield, then you easily get 250K per month. Fixed income and not as volatile as REITs or any other stocks

I've sold all my REITS position 3 years ago and bought an individual stocks that pays 15% dividend. It was a good decision 🤑

Mag mp2 ka nlng if ur going to trade/invest solely on dividends. You have to get your gains kapag 100% na.not just leave it be and watch it turn to dust when pullback starts. Somehow you need to move your money pa din kahit investor ka or else mag mp2 ka nlng. Better yet buy an apartment

In conclusion, if you want 100, 000 per month na dividends, prepare to invest tens or hundreds of millions in capital.

Some company paying quarterly for their stockholder. Possible you can earn 100k per quarter not monthly if you have millions of investment. You can earn 5~12 percent.

well invest in US stock market ticker QYLD with return at current price is 12%/pa or 1 percent per month! So kailangan mo lang ng 10M para kumita ng 100k per month (gross before US tax)

My two cents, dividend investing is quite risky because your dividend return might turn negative when stock price go down in value. Before you invest in stock market make sure to understand the business you are buying at.

Much safer to park your cash to MP2 or Digital Banks that pays higher interest .

I must add that preferred shares also pays regular dividend. Much safer than common share dividends since you know the face value of a certain share.

Thank you Tiyo Pilo for creating a video (agad) to answer my question. Na special mention pa tuloy ako. Haha.

Your effort for the computations is greatly appreciated! Napaka-laking tulong nito na mas maintindihan namin how our investment can grow in REITS. Keep up the good work!

As someone na tumalon sa mundo ng pag-iinvest without proper research, these computations are a great help po! Kakainvest ko pa lang sa FILRT last month.

Pass ako sa less than 10% na kikitain sa mga investments. 4% divident in 1 year? Kakainin lang ng inflation yan bro. Mas maganda pa rin ang growth stocks. I made minimum 20% growth per annum sa global stocks index like S&P500. Mas malaki.

Thanks Tiyo Pilo!
REIT companies are good.. I actually have 4 REIT companies with 4-6% dividend yield..
But i have holding & power companies giving 7-12% dividend yield.
