Spotted DNA Array: DNA Microarray and DNA Macroarray

For the global expression analysis the transcriptome is studied. To study transcriptome the DNA arrays are used in which spotted DNA arrays are common. DNA microarray allows analysis of expression of gene on large scale as it has feature density more than 5000 per square centimeter. The arrays can be utilized for comparative analysis.
