Tropics Update: TIMELINE & IMPACTS for Caribbean from Tropical Storm Bret

Tropical Storm Bret will start to impact the Caribbean islands Thursday into Friday. In this video AMS Certified Meteorologist Jonathan Kegges breaks down the timeline and impacts for the Caribbean from Tropical Storm Bret. Heavy rain and strong wind will begin to impacts Barbados and the Caribbean islands Thursday afternoon. The biggest impacts to the Caribbean will occur late Thursday into Friday.

Wind gusts of 55-75 mph will be possible in St. Lucia, St. Vincent and Grenadines, Martinique and Dominica. 3-6" of rain will be possible, including Barbados which could lead to flash flooding.
