Avoid using metal spatula when you are cooking with non-stick pan. It can damage the teflon coating and create scratches.

Scratched non stick pan means the teflon coating is removing which contains carcienigic chemical PFOA. While other countries banned it after 2015, sadly india didn't banned it till now😢.

We call it Pulao. Moreover the utensil in which you are cooking is not good for health as coating is removed from most places
