Thank you for this. I've been in a telepathic nightmare for a couple months with someone trying to puppeteer me all the time. I wasn't seeing how much I was agreeing to it and co-creating it by my own empathy and fear. Have been trying hard to heal myself and treating the situation like a dark night of the soul I had to go through rather than just learning techniques to cut him off. This has been the most difficult thing I've ever experienced and it seems silly now that I didn't learn techniques to block him out. In my experience, yes, you can shut down and block all or some communication between self and others at will. Using affirmations and using your higher self. As a highly tuned Empath I learned to do this and also block out others unwanted thoughts and block energy vampires. It wasn't easy. Practice and unconditional self love will help you succeed with this desire. 🦉🦋🙏🕯💖🌹

Interesting talk. I suspect that our belief systems create mental blockages in this free flow of that energy which Tom calls "intent". So, until we free ourselves from them (which seems to take quite a while), I think we are forced to use tools (like protection rituals) to circumvent those belief blockages. 🙂
