ARGH I tried this meditation. It took a little longer than usual but after a week my person contacted me! During the meditation I felt overwhelmed with emotion. Anyone reading the comments for confirmation that this works: don't doubt it and it will!! Not even 5 minutes. Make sure you see and feel them (looking at a picture of them before doing it might help if you have trouble visualising). Put on a nice love song afterwards and just visualise them being with you, sitting next to you etc. Ignore everything else, just feel their presence. And HAVE FUN with the process. Do it just for the sake of feeling them and feeling good. Removes resistance. Enjoy ❤
