Definitely. Long hair (well over ears and down to collar) parted in the middle can make a somewhat long face look really long. A side part can look good with most shaper heads. A very wide face/head with a short to buzz cut can look even wider. Hair that falls down over the eyes is a detractor usually, and cuts of visible face features. Your head shape can look good with most styles, including the very short buzzcut. The shaved head tends to make most look guys look rougher and tougher., unless their overall build is light.
