I’m almost 30 now and have been a caregiver since I was 12. It’s really hard because you really do feel like you’ve missed out on life. I still have no idea what direction my life is going in and it doesn’t help to see people my age settling down, getting their dreams jobs and moving on. I’m still stuck.

This happens when people make Videos about things they dont know much about.
No, you have no time, plus you are too exhausted to maintain friendships. If you are a caregiver while being in school, uni, work, oe. The one thing you do NOT have is time and energy. Also people don't want to hear about how hard life is for you, so you are forced to shut up or lose your friend. Thats reality for you.
As for picking a career, any top career forces you to put in at least a 60 hour week, where should that time come from?
... Pretty useless video.
