It takes a certain strength of character to helm a kitchen in a bar. I have the utmost respect for them 🙏

The bad "we want drinks" audio edit killed me 🤣

The guy talking at 7 minutes I believe hes the owner I have never seen an owner actually take fault for what happened... He didn't blame it on his staff he blamed it on himself.. Wow for once somebody's not blaming their staff for their failure

I can’t imagine how stressful it must be to be a chef at a bar. The pressure must be overwhelming.

I've had a go at trying to be a chef & it really does affect you mentally as well as physically
So I can sympathize with the chefs here who got Overwhelmed in the kitchens

The problem with some of these establishments, besides the amount of ticket times, is that they don't have 'runners' to take the food items to their respective tables. Even when somebody is assigned to those tables it seems the food doesn't get to the correct table half the time. At least watching these, now you can understand that you take one order at a time, run it back to the kitchen or 'drop the order' as they say here, then go on to the next table. The systems in some of these places obviously is hardly ever up to speed before Taffer & Co. eventually help set them up on the right track again( unless, as we've seen, some rescued bars didn't keep the changes in place & went back to their old ways which weren't working to start with & fell off the rails again ).

They seriously need to have Chef Ramsey do a season with Mr. Taffer! That would be so epic!

I worked as a dishwasher in a kitchen for a month, and I cannot express how stressful it is when we were in dinner rush. Worst month of my life

Crashed and burned so bad. And yet, they managed to get it together at the re-opening.

11:34 Gotta love the irony on how John is stopping him from putting in the orders to first have a conversation with him to tell him he has to put in the orders asap after pointing out even a single minute wasted already makes a huge difference for the kitchen :P

Yo victor the first owner on here I seen take charge at John’s advice and make a change on the spot and fly

First guy that didn’t say ‘I don’t know what to do’
Took accountability for the fault that night and didn’t blame his staff.
THATS the type of owner you want
He just needed some guidence

It's the real employees i see that are trying but are overwhelmed due to lack of training for crowd control

The "Rookie of the beer 🍺" guy that didn't stagger the orders didn't even apologize. He basically ignored them. Didn't even look until Jon forced him too.
