Will World Financial Group Survive 2024?

Over the past several months I've been bombarded with calls, emails, and messages asking whether or not World Financial Group would survive the mass exodus of top leaders. These are people that have read my book, The UNAUTHORIZED Truth about World Financial Group. Many of them are concerned for their future, and they want to know if they should stay with WFG or follow their leader. I've tried to help as many of them as possible, but to go on record, I've taped this video for those who asked for my opinion. Steve I have always loved your stuff. There are GREAT leaders in WFG, and you SHOULD assess your leader, as their INTEGRITY matters. their CHARACTER matter, if your leader looks GREAT on the outside but is a manipulator, a liar, and has made a consistent habit of stealing other people's agents. Some people win by cheating, and that does not make them champion, it makes them a sham!

WFG's former presidents didn't act on the complaints of many SMDs against him. I felt bad for the current president. He is really a good guy trying to help the field with his programs. I pray for him. He has to fix the non-compete clause that certain WFG positions should have after they sell their code, they cannot do the same line of business for a certain period. For a certain position, if they resign they have to have a better exit strategy as well, like any professional firm.

Im not in 100% agreement with how my SMD runs things, but here's my take:
WFG has the best compensation in the industry for building a team. So, I'm working on being the best leader i can be for my team. My leaders are still in the business, but even if they left, I'd stick with WFG and keep building my team and be a great leader for my team.

Basically you're saying go with Eric Olsen I'm not discounting Eric is a great leader however wfg is a powerful company and like you said there's different types of leaders within the company so the question is the leaders who took over Eric Olson's area which are some top leaders can be just as powerful as Eric Olsen
