Why don't the 80 Vendors come together and make an offer to buy the property from Novak Development who purchased the property in 2020. They could then upgrade the facility (lighting, parking lot, restrooms, ect.) keeping rents low in the "discount" storefront and charging market rates in the other storefronts. Miss Malogon looks like she designs custom handmade clothing which is usually sold for a premium.

It’s called private property! What if their customers decided to demand that they charge X prices? On what planet is a landlord obliged to keep the rent at X for future leases or are obliged to allow anyone to stay in the property?
