Legal action filed against Little Village Discount Mall owner

I have a friend who's parents owned a restaurant near a college campus. They were doing well until their lease ended and the landlord requested a new lease. I get that they own the property, but if they don't like a group of people, these management companies just put unreasonable expectations on the lease to push people away. It's all a game, go drink your sugar water.
